How do I make a reservation at a Firebrick property?

You can reserve your stay by either sending us an inquiry to learn more or directly booking your preferred dates and room type through our user-friendly online platform.

Where is the Firebrick property located?

Our properties are always situated near business hubs and the heart of Gurgaon's liveliest districts. You can check out our properties, Garnet House (Sector 26A) and Amethyst House (in Sector 29), to book your stay at your convenience.

What types of rooms do you offer, and can I see photos of them?

We provide a range of distinctive room categories, suitable for both long and short stays. Detailed room descriptions and high-quality photos are available on our website to help you choose the ideal accommodation.

What is the check-in and check-out timing?

Our standard check-in time is at 01:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact our property team, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

What amenities are included in my stay, and are there any additional charges?

Our core promises include deep cleaning, pest control, multi-service technician, gardener on-call and sleep optimization, all included in your stay. Additionally, we offer a variety of add-on services like wardrobe organization, reservations, car wash and much more, available at an extra cost for your convenience.

Are there parking facilities available at Firebrick properties?

Yes, we have parking facilities available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if parking is unavailable at the moment, we're happy to assist you in finding convenient nearby parking facilities during your stay.

Can I request additional services / special arrangements during my stay?

Absolutely, Firebrick offers a range of add-on services and core amenities to enhance your stay. For any specific requests beyond our standard offerings, please inform us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. Your comfort is our priority.

What identification proof is accepted during check-ins at Firebrick properties?

We accept government-issued photo IDs, such as Passports, Aadhar Cards or Driver's licenses, as valid identification during the check-in process at Firebrick properties. In the case of Foreign Nationals, a valid Passport is required.

Do you have pet-friendly properties?

Unfortunately, our properties are not pet-friendly at the moment.
